Service and warranty
ECOserver delivers with standard three year carry-in warranty on all servers, such is our conviction of the quality of our products.
It is obviously possible to prolong or expand the warranty term. In the Netherlands, in the field of on-site service contracts we work together with Hartman Service Center Zoetermeer, an independent service provider. We may conclude contracts of 3, 4 or 5 years with varying SLA conditions, from next-day to within 6 hours, 24 X 7 on location.
