Production

We apply a Build To Order principle, where we assemble a server based on the order of the customer, if necessary supplied with the right software, after which we conduct a burn-in test to ensure that the server complies with the customer’s demands. Our logistics, purchasing and production departments will see to timely production and delivery, so we may meet exact delivery deadlines, something that is increasingly important in projects. Production takes place in a 600 square meter hall in Tilburg, which is ESD protected.

 

More and more customers approach us with specific wishes regarding the housing of the server. We meet these wishes based on the Engineer To Order concept, where together with the customer we may define specifications, then investigate the technical feasibility and after approval, deliver a prototype. The phase of the first consultation up to the delivery of a prototype fully manufactured from the machine, may be realized in approximately 6 weeks. After approval, this solution may for example be delivered based on call-off orders.
