Our vision

ECOserver raises critical questions to all developments in the field of servers and data centers, especially in relation to energy consumption. Far too often customers will rent a number of cabinets in a data center, which they will then be able to equip with only a quarter of the capacity of servers, because the power consumption of the server is too high. By closely monitoring the wishes of the customers and combining this with the available technology, we are able to place revolutionary products in the market. In 2008 one of these developments, a server saving up to 75% in energy and space, won us the Innovation Award of Digikring Groot-Amsterdam, an organization composed of a multiform group involved in ICT and New Media in the greater Amsterdam area. What we look at, among other things, are the output of power supplies, the capacity of processors and the cooling of a server, to ensure that a customer will enjoy as high a performance as possible against the lowest energy consumption possible. We also look at the housing and we develop servers for the IP security market, among others, that can easily be built into existing 19-inch cabinets of customers.
